Introducing StayManager - Now available for beta use
Stay Systems was founded by Paul Murray, a veteran systems professional who garnered experience from UPS, ITT, Cullinet, Cognos and Genisys Reservation Systems (NASDAQ:GENS). Paul's experience with creating reservation systems led him to believe that recent advances in technology made it possible to create reservation systems with strong functionality and make these systems available at a low cost.
StayManager provides features that were previously only available in very expensive systems costing many thousands of dollars. Multiple currency support, multiple languages at the user log-in level, value added tax, built-in credit card processing, a commission-free flash booking tool, your choice of a robust room chart or automatic room assignment, etc.
You don't purchase StayManager. StayManager is 'software as a service' (SAAS) that you subscribe to for a very low cost per room per month. We can host it or you can host it yourself. Either way, you save a lot of money and have the ability to rollout the product to all of your users at any of your properties without having to upgrade equipment or install any software at the workstations. Further, you and/or your employees can work remotely. Likewise, you can indicate which employees can log-in only from your property using our IP address authentication feature.
StayManager is hosted at secure hosting facilities around the world to ensure that your employees enjoy fast response times while ensuring high availability.
Stay System's privacy policy dictates that NO information about you, your property or your client is ever sold. StayManager is hosted separately per continent and observes EU rules with respect to data privacy.
StayManager provides seven key modules to help you manage your property:

We provide country pricing so that hoteliers in some countries pay less than those in the U.S. It's simple. If your country's PPP (Purchasing Power Parity) Index is 80 percent of the PPP in the U.S. you pay 20% less to use our products. All of our products are provided for a low monthly fee. There is no big cash outlay to use the best products available. There is no risk because you only pay for the time that you use the system (if your property is seasonal, you can park your property for a low monthly fee). And that is true whether you use the hosted version of our product or you host the system yourself. Whether you have ten rooms or five hundred, you still only pay for what you use...
